Our objective is to spread the knowledge about bats at local, regional, nacional and International level, and sensibilize the communities that live near priority caves, about the great benefits bats bring to humans.
g
Local Community Program
We are undertaking a permanente process of Environmental Education in the communities located near to priority caves, with children and adults. Our activities at schools consist in games in the schoolyard and activities in the classroom about the different feeding habits of bats. We deliver materials to children and teachers free of charge, and every program has a continuation activity on the long term.

Schollar programs of Environmental Education
The PCMM has a very strong and active environmental education program. This program consists of several subprograms based on the specific food habits and economic/ecological importance of bats for which we have designed and produced specific material. Each subprogram consists of 100% bilingual (Spanish-English) illustrated children’s story books, specially designed toys, booklets containing materials for the schoolteachers to help them relate the 3rd and 4th grade official curricula with bat examples and games, etc If you are interested in one of our programs please let us know.
